My name is Benjamin Moten. I'm a freshman here at Kent State, and I'm making in Pre-Journalism. I'm a staff writer and designer for UHURU. I became interested in being a part of the UHURU staff when one of my friends recommended I design for it. As a pre-journalism major, I thought that this would be a good opportunity to gain experience working in student media. I'm interested in art, graphic design, and I love listening to music (I keep music on my phone, and and I stay with a pair of headphones.) That's a small insight to who I am!
